Here at Ashburnham Insurance we were reviewing our regulatory information provided by the FSA (Financial Services Authority) in one of our regular training sessions and a common subject came up once again. This was to do with treating customers fairly (or TCF for short).

Our staff are all trained to do the following within the TCF policy:

  • Helping retail customers achieve a fair deal
  • Improving our business capability & effectiveness
