Our woodland insurance scheme is perfect if you own a wooded area in the UK. The land would mainly consist of trees but may also include shrubs, bushes and other plants that can commonly be found in woodland areas. Whilst woods and forests are an enjoyable place to experience nature and watch wildlife, it is important you have insurance cover in place to avoid any unnecessary financial issues following an incident with a member of the public.

Why do I need insurance for my woodland?

The most common type of claim we see on all of our land products involve trees. An example could be a branch from your English oak tree falling onto a car parked underneath causing damage to the vehicle or maybe even onto a member of the public walking underneath causing them severe head injuries.

Do you allow public access to the wood?

Some people allow the ramblers and horse riders to use their wood, especially if there is a bridle path within the woods. This is not a problem and you can simply request public access on our online quote form and this will then include the required cover.

How much does it cost?

The annual price of this cover starts at only £145.00 for up to 50 acres of woodland.
