Most insurance companies nowadays have a claims helpline telephone number that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and in the event of a claim you should contact this number. Existing Claims

If you need information on an existing claim, it is normally best to contact your insurance company directly as they will always have the most up to date information available immediately. This would normally be done through the same number you originally reported the incident on or on a telephone number provided on any claims documentation you have received from them.
