If you have a policy with Groupama Insurance Company Limited, with effect from 1st November 2013, your policy will be re branded to Ageas Insurance Limited.
Rest assured that your policy terms, conditions, cover and service are unaffected by this change of name. All you will notice is a new name and logo appearing on your policy documentation and if you contact your insurer, you will be greeted by Ageas instead of Groupama.
The change of underwriter has come about due to Ageas’ acquisition of Groupama in November 2012. The integration of the two companies has now been finalised and they now both trade as one business under one brand.
